Status code 405 Method Not Allowed

I have a script in M3 H5 which creates a document using the IDM output api through ION API. It works as it should but more frequently now we are getting the error status code 405 Method Not Allowed. The user then have to re.run the api and then it works.

Have you experience any similar problem? Do you know how to fix it?

Hi Dahen - just noticed this was unanswered!

Probably you already figured it out, but 405 usually means you are using the wrong http "method". So maybe you are using POST when it should be GET or something like that. The IDM Document Output API's are all GET or POST so it should be simple enough to test/correct.

The api is called within a H5 script and I have set the method to POST. Even so, the api sometimes fails even thought it is the same script. The actual api calling is done through the script framework. Next time I see the error, I will check which method was used at that particular time.
