Does anyone know if there's a user field option, whether a named type or extended type, for time that does NOT include seconds? I've tried quite a few and can't seem to find one. I don't need a date, just time, preferably with an AM/PM option. All of the ones I've tried include an option for seconds, which is extranneous and not a great end-user experience (they already dislike it in the Schedule Interview action and have been asking for a fix).
Context: We want managers to add a start/end time for a position when creating a job requisition. A prior user field was created that is a simple Alpha field, but this allows for inconsistency and I'd like to add it to the job posting template so the recruiters don't have to manually add it with each posting, or have to make edits to the text to get it into a consistent format.
I'm willing to try an alternative, like a numeric with an additional drop-down field for AM/PM (using States). But again with the consistency issue... if someone needs to enter 7:30, I'd like to constrain it to be 7:30 and not 730.
