On the Employee Training form, I would like to change the colour of the background on a row in grid view, if the expiry date is <= today + 30 days.

Hello, This is for the setting of color.
On a similar note, what if I wanted the Customer Order Lines Due Date or Promise Date fields to change their background color if the date displayed was prior to today? Would that be a form script or an event handler?
