Customize email to be sent for printer files

Hello

I am trying to customise the email to be sent when I generate a printer file. I added a new file including the text I want and the results are as follows:

"Hello cordialement" is found in the layout I uploaded. However it is being generated for every printer file.

Is it possible to restrict it to one printer file only?

In MNS060, you should enter as document type id an document type that exists in IDM - the location where you store your templates
And for the attributes, you have to definite which attributes in the outpu printing are used to retreive in this IDM location the "right" template. Usually, we use the printer file and it can be enough. Its depends on your context.

Hi,

In MNS205, when you setup email distribution you can define an email template to be used for that particular record. The email templates are created the same way as you do with the M3 layouts. You can create a new document type in IDM where you store the different email layouts and then define in MNS060 how the template should be found.

The email template that is uploaded in IDM is the general one.
