How to make end user track Tasks with Task Watcher Limitation of 200 Tasks

Hi All,

We have implemented Infor OS 2022-06 with custom workflow for approval of Purchase Requisitons from LN 10.7

We have global users using this workflow and the system is creating more than 1000 tasks (including backend) per day.

We suggested users to use "task Watcher" widget to track the approvals and find where exactly it the work flow pending if no action was taken by the Approver and followup.

We got to know that task watcher has got limitations and can show only 200 tasks with no control from the user to filter (the filter available in widget will help to filter further on 200 tasks filtered by ION).

I firmly beleve we are not the only ones have this problem and most of you have already found a way to deal this issue. I Request you to share the solutio/suggest an option.

I tried to get in to SQL DB where the application is hosted to query tables and find a way to track tasks by Document, but there are 1000s of tables and unable to progress
