Please try "Reset User Settings" found under the ellipses in the top RH corner of the report.
Tried and tested and works.

Hi John, now it works after clicking 'Reset User Settings', probably was the unique option that I didn't click

When you make selections for a report they are saved in a variable to be reloaded as the defaults next time. Sometimes with a new release a report is enhanced and has a new setting. The Resat option clears the existing variable which was missing the new setting. We may in future clear variables automatically when a report is modified but for now the reset is useful.
