Rules engine: Exclude single account from target

Hello,

we are struggling a bit with the OLAP rules engine in v12.

We would like to create a cube rule which is applied to all elements of a dimension but a specific one.

Is this possible?

Update:

What we would like to do is for accounts 100 and 200 to multiply columns B times C and columns D times E, and then afterwards account 300 should be the difference of accounts 100 and 200 in columns B,D and F.
Multiplying already works fine, but is also applied to account 300. Excluding account 300 using "IF" and "STET" leads to having a 0 value.

Lots of ways to achieve, the easiest is probably to create 2 rules. 1 rule on all elements, 2nd rule “stet” the single element.
