The following describes the new release highlights for users of Infor OS Customer Central:
- ERS – In Progress View: The “In Progress” view has been added to Enhancements. This view shows enhancements that are on the development roadmap, or in development, providing users with added visibility of enhancements.

- ERS – Notification section: When the user views the profile settings page, they should see an Enhancement Settings section to setup notifications for enhancement requests. This allows users to receive important email updates on ER(s) that they are subscribed or related to.

- Customer Central Decommission: Customer Central is being decommissioned in October 2023 due to low user usage. There will be no feature updates after the 2023.06 release. Customer Central and Concierge are two separate applications with the same features. MT Concierge will be available to access for customers in place of Customer Central and all features on Customer Central will be available on MT Concierge except screen capture and recording for ERS.

Don't see a feature you want? Log into the Infor Support Portal and click on Resources > Enhancement Requests. You can enter your own and vote for others.
