ReportBooks Split By in V12 AppStudio

Having problems getting this to work. Use case is give the user the ability to select multiple elements from a "Select Element" action, then click a button to execute the "Export Report Book" action.  Split By has been set on the listbox in the Report Book but I dont see how to connect the multiselect in the source report to the listbox in the target report. 

Any ideas?

Hi,

am I understanding this correctly:

• you have a lookup in report A, you select multiple elements there
• you'd like all of these elements in a list view in report B
• you have a report book set to iterate over all elements in the list view and split by them

If so, you'd need to put your multiselect into a global variable and set the list in the list view to select this variable as element. Does that make sense?
