How get list of data from M3 and display in workflow task as dropdown

Hi

I developed an approval workflow and I want to include a list of data from M3 in the task as a dropdown. Is there any way to do this in the ION workflow task?

Currently, I am using Codes to achieve this requirement. In that case, I need to hardcode the list in ION as codes.

PS : list size won't grow to more than 25 items.

I think you need to use a 'Custom Form'.
