After Birst Rip and Replace Having Issues Seeing Custom Reports and Dashboards

Hi,

We just recently completed a "rip and replace" of Birst and are now experiencing issues with some of our custom reports and dashboards.

Some dashboards show this error "A query or expression contains incorrect syntax..."  "Unable to find joins to dimensions..."

and

"Failed to fetch default subject area."

About half of the reports/dashboards work and half have issues as mentioned above.  Is this normal after a rip and replace that so many reports/dashboards would need to be fixed?  Any advice on how to go about fixing them?

Infor support performed the rip and replace due to us being on an old version of Birst.  Start fresh with a new implementation.

By "rip and replace", to confirm this task was for an Analytic Solution? You may have an incorrect package reference in the consumer space. The team which implemented needs to correct the challenge you are facing.
