IDM ION Configuration - Content Document not sent to ION

Hi,

I've enabled ion configuration for a document type in IDM control center, but when the document reaches IDM the corresponding Sync.contentDocument BOD is not sent to ION. Do I have to look out for any other IDM config? I did the same on other tenant and it worked good.

The ContentDocument noun is a standard BOD and in the Data Catalog. Check to be sure there is an active data flow with the IDM connection point ready to publish the document - you don't need a specific routing (IDM -> Wherever) if you have an active activation policy for the Sync.ContentDocument BOD.

Yes its there,

With your comment I started looking into the connection point and I found out that IDM connection point inactive so I enabled. Test test and confirm it it works.
