Balance Sheet Report slowness

Wondering if others are running into the same issue we are when trying to use the Balance Sheet Report under

Dashboards > Financials > Financial Reporting in BiFSM after the latest CU

we can click the arrow to produce the report

then we

• hit the filter button....and choose a company
• suppress the zeroes
• hit the decimal (to show decimals)
• switch to display level 12 (to expand everything)

all goes well until we do the "expand to display level 12"......it's taking upwards of 10 minutes on average to refresh the data.

our finance crew stated that in the past it would take a minute or so on average.

I have a ticket w/ INFOR currently in progress regarding this.

My suspicion is that something in the latest update is the cause....but since i updated our Test and Train system along with our PROD at the same time i don't have the ability to test that theory.

Be curious to see what Infor comes back with, as that is what is referred to as the "old finance dashboards".  It honestly doesnt surprise me that its tanking when you expand to level 12, whats surprising is that it DIDNT before.  

These were built using a far less performative method than the newer financial dashboards (BI FSM > Dashboards > Financial Dashboards), which were created, i suspect, specifically because the old versions just werent holding up in larger implementations. When they released the new version it was stated that they wouldnt be supporting the older versions going forward. Ill be interested to see if they hold to that in this case. I have a tenant on the prior version but it doesnt have much data so I dont have any problems.
