Process Workflow BOD is not available in Oneview

Hi All,

I have triggered workflow through event based alerts (CMS045). When I try to see Process Workflow BOD in Oneview, I cannot see that BOD.

Below screenshot is what I see in Oneview for OOHEAD event.(OOHEAD triggered my workflow)

In fact when I try to search any Process BODs, I am not able to see it. I have already activated that BOD in BOD processor administration. Does anyone have idea about it?

Hi, 

Have you verified that the BOD is being sent from M3 through IEC?  

If it is not showing in IEC you need to verify that: 

1. BOD  "Process.Workflow" is activated in the BOD-processor. 
2. Event analytics rule - M3BODs_PulseBODs is activated. 
3. The CMS045 / CMS047 is properly setup and really triggered.
