We have a strange problem, where for some users the fields aren't "remembered" when a user returns to a screen.
A specific example is MMS120, where for most users the highlighted filter fields remain as the same defaults as the user opens / exits / opens the screen.
But for other users, every time they open the screen, the fields are blank and they have to manually enter them again.
We've tried looking at many browser related settings, but there is nothing there that we can find. We've tried different browsers, but the same issue persists for certain users across different browsers. We've looked at user settings, again nothing obvious that we could see.
Has anyone else had this issue and has a solution?
