We are moving from S3 to GHR. In S3, we could track when an employee changed process levels or departments, as they were two different fields. Now in GHR we have organization units, where we tie our employee's work assignment to an organization unit (which was previously a department). That organization has a parent unit, which is the GHR equivalent of Process Level from S3.
My question is this - is there a way to track the history of a parent organization unit on an employee? I want to search an employee's history and see that their parent organization unit changed.
