ION email template issue

Hi All,

I am getting issue while uploading an email template in ION service. It is showing errors as "From" email address prevents successful completion and No default email template in the zip file.

What can be the reasons?

You reference two different errors.

• For the from email, you need to follow the instructions in ION User Guide under configuration,  and it also references a support article on the subject:  KB 2244092

The general rule is that if you are using email other than the default, you must register that domain and prove its trust via Self Service Portal. There is also documentation on the Self Service Portal to augment this process.

• For the error about uploading a template and the  ZIP file format.

An example of a working file structure, however these can vary depending on what level of customization you intend to do.  

You will also see this when you download the default template per the documenation.
