H5 Script Urgent request !- Adding combobox in Modern UI

Dear Community,

I have an urgent request regarding the addition of a combobox on a M3 screen using Modern UI. Can anyone share some code example on how to do this ?

My script is currently perfectly working on Classic UI but I don't see the combox appearing in Modern.   

Here is the code I'm using in classic :

Take a look at the H5 Samples package: H5SampleAddElements - it works fine in new UI 10.4.1
