Embedded hyperblock list depending on values from the other hypeblock

Hello!

I have 2 embedded hyperblocks: one is defining columns 1-10, and an imbedded one showing periods. Can I have different definition of the period list, depending on the column value in the main hyperblock? Meaning, for example, the first column to expand for the months of the first quarter, while the second column to expand for the second quarter?

So while in definition mode I would like to only deal with 1 column, in view mode I would like to achieve something like this, where I can flexibly select the periods for each column element:

two ideas

first - you can do it with additional cube which will have '1' (or any other value) on the valid combination and then the second hyperblock will use normal filter

second - I would think about slices controlled by MDX expression - this might be a better approach (still - you will need to somehow dynamically filter out 'wrong' periods, so question is still of how this is controlled)
