Factory track android app

Hello,

We have a client that recently started using the Factory track android app, and they are experiencing some visual bugs.

All options beyond button number 4 show up as orange squares like below:

Does anyone know if this is a bug in the actual app, or if this can be resolved in the configuration of the QR-code to be scanned for example?

Are they using the standard main menu? that is a requirement for the icons to show correctly.

We had to rework our main menu as well and had it point to other forms but still using the standard main menu (FTIconMenu.mobi)
