We have a requirement to have different email templates for task and its escalation to managers, Is there a possibility or any example to do it?

There's possibility to set email template per workflow as well as for separate task or notification. You can find the detailed description and steps to be done here.

Syam, you cannot set different email templates for the task and escalation. There will be the same template used for both.
