Can't Initiate database to Data Lake in EVS002MI

Hi ALL

We have problem with initiate one database MHPICH to Data Lake in M3 Cloud

All time we have the same message

"Error. Could not complete request. No subscriber is registered or activate for MHPICH"

We tried add, delete and agian add or other variants - this does'n working

Maybe who knows what is the problem?

Are you in Cloud? In that case you should probably use EVS008 for Data Lake loads.

Yes We have M3 Cloud. I don't have any information how I can use EVS008 to Data Lake loads.

There's documentation in docs.infor.com.

However, the program explains itself, just create the MHPICH entry in EVS008 and run it with the Data Lake flag set to 1.

Obviously, you need to setup the Data Lake Publisher in Administration Tools and the ION Desk connection (Unless you've activated the Streaming Ingestion, then ION Desk isn't needed)

Configuration ION Desk connection is good

An present day We have probem only with this table.

I read normally doc.infor.com (I find EVS008 early, but I don't understand how use EVS008).

What is it?

Have you added it to the Eventhub connection point? And reloaded the data flow?

EventHub conection point is normal, I checked always twice. Always added and reload. This message is only for this database

Ok, I got the exakt same error when I tried on a table that I forgot to reload the data flow.

Did you found a solution to this? We also have the same issue in our PRD tenant... but it works in TRN so i suspect it is something wrong on the back-end....

No. We reported incident to Infor and now we are waiting for answer. Since Friday we don't have answer.

Okey, seems to work for us now. All of a sudden the tables were possible to do an initial load on. So it seems to be resolved for us atleast.

Yesterday in the evening Infor informed us that "we informed by our development team that the issue is now resolved.". No this table we can add correctly

ClaesR, what do you mean by reload the data flow? Activate again?
