Implementing Reverse Proxy for mobile devices

Hi,

We plan to set up mobile devices for EPM.

We have an on prem Infor platform (IFS) with an InforOS Server.

The InforOS server stands in the DMZ and a reverse proxy server handels the external url pointing to a Webserver in the DMZ.

Has anyone setup the mobile devices already and has some pointers on how to get everything running ?

Hi Mark, do you have Infor OS ION API Gataway also accessible throught this reverse proxy? There might be quite som configuration involved. In Infor ION API you need to have EPM app configured within authorized apps. And this ION API Gateway needs to be accessible from outside. Then in the EPM mobile app you can scan QR code with the profile.

Thanks for the answer !
I'm still at the beginning, trying to get the reverse proxy to work correctly so that users can access the dashboards from home.
We decided to try and use the InforOS Server for the reverse proxy entry as it is already in the DMZ.
But when trying to connect we get an HTTP/1.1 Service unavailable error (http code 503).
