Main Toolbar in Mongoose Application

Hi,

If I run my Mongoose application from Infor OS Main Menu:

I lost the Main toolbar. So on the top of the window I have only this:

Is there any way how to get back this Main Menu which I can see, when I run my application directly from Mongoose?

Or better, is there any Component in Form Designer, from which I can create my own Main Menu?
