Seeking your help in making a workflow functional.
Objective is to trigger a workflow whenever someone is changing an item description. User will get a notification and approval will be needed to amend the changes.
I have designed the workflow but there is no notification triggering when I am changing the item description in ICSP menu. Below is the drill back I have.
I have also created an activation policy for the workflow. Both the workflow and activation policy got activated without any error, but notification is not triggering in CSD in the below section.
Please advise the area, where I should look first for the problem.
