Factory Track cuts off first two Characters of IDO Name

Hi,

I've created a custom IDO (extended and replaced). I want to use this IDO as the Collection source. When I use it as such, I get an error where is shows the IDO name does not exist. It shows the name with the first two letters cut off.

Does anyone know why FT cuts off the first two characters of a customer IDO name when you try and use it?

I did do some IDO extension in FT and had no problem. Did you run the refresh farm metadata?

I've seen this issue you are referencing and it was misleading. The error message cut off the first few characters but the issue was with the web service connector and not the IDO. At least for me it was only the the error message that cut off the first few characters and not the actual implementation.
