Automate the process of creating incidents in any ITSM tool

Hi Infor Community Users,

In FSM, ION API, and EAM, whenever any jobs or APIs fail, we are currently monitoring them manually and creating Cherwell incidents. Is there a way we can integrate Cherwell webhooks with Infor to automatically create incidents in any ITSM tools?

Has anyone in the INFOR space implemented this before.? Please feel free to add your thoughts in the comments.

what are you monitoring? The error BODs in ION OneView?

If so then you could use a similar solution we implemented; build a monitor that is triggered when Error BOD is generated. The monitor will call a workflow that contains an API call to ITSM; that is set up as API Suite. For ServiceNow there is already an API suite template. For Cherwell you can set up your own. Assuming Cherwell has APIs available.
