Unable to Activate Workflow

I'm testing the implementation of a new workflow in our TST environment prior to implementation to PRD.
I have configured in LN.
I have created Business Rules, and the Workflow itself.
When attempting to activate is get the error:
A problem occurred while activating.
Message: Activate workflow failed
Correlation ID: b76acebb-455a-4e0a-ac73-db3bd6fc3a7a

Solved it.

In the 'Completion Properties' of Task Chain, Time Stamp and ID were blank

just to try and help: I see you've got an approval step. If you've used an approval matrix, has it been approved?
