Dispatch Advice Printout (MWS620PF), how to count the total QTY of a certain item with the same name

Hello everyone, I have a discussion/question about MWS620PF printout. When I print, I saw something unusual. For my case, there was a shipment data which has the same exact item number and item name but different QTY. The default behavior of this printout is too show both of those item number / item name separately with their own respective QTY.

I'd like to ask, any ideas on how can we make this printout combine both of the QTY of items whose number/name is the same?

For IDMOUT you could Aggregate in the XMLOUT instead.

In Streamserver (Opentext Xtreme) or Interform you can handle this in the Print software as well.

Can you tell me how to aggregate? Are you suggesting that we can write "agggregate" in IDM Property Editor when we customize the Xpath?

I see, so that's where we can add it. After hearing about it I did try to create a custom subtotal field, but when i see the XML file from MNS270 the sum number is still wrong, my guess is because I picked the wrong field to group them. In my head I thought I should choose the item number and the QTY.

How would you do it rene?
