Summary: Create a reporting tools in OS Portal so we can query workspace/insight/widget permissions and where widgets are being used.
Workaround: None - manually look up permissions and where widgets are used.
Proposed Solution: Reporting tools that shows workspace/insight/widget permissions and where widgets are used on workspaces and insights.
