ION Monitor Setup For Failures for CaptureDocument BOD

Hey Community,

I'm trying to setup an ION Monitor to send an email to myself when the CaptureDocument BOD has a failure with a reason code "[ReasonCode] contains 'Unable to complete process - FSM_ION_SyncCaptureDocument_Inbound'". I have the document defined as 'CaptureDocument' along with attributes ReasonCode and Code defined with the filter mentioned above. I also have Distribution set to simple and to send to my user. I'm able to see the monitor active and see documents processing but when it fails i do not recieve any notificaiton. Anyone had any luck setting up a monitor in this fashion? End goal is to notify the end user when there is a failure within ION so they can review. Thanks all!

You can find more information in OneView on how your message with the CaptureDocument BOD flows.

And you can check if your monitor was triggered on the Active Monitor page.

Hey Danil, I appreciate the reply but I am already aware of how it flows and where it shows the triggers. I'm just not getting the notifications upon the actual failure. Wondering if someone in the community has already gone down this path and can share their insight on how they got this to work. Otherwise i will keep tinkering until i figure it out!

Christopher, so you see the distribution email in the Active Monitor instance? Are you using any registered domain for the send from, or the infor default?

Do other emails go through and just this one name or this one flow does not?

I don't see any email getting triggered, it is logging the documents passed and i can see via Error BODs it does fail but nothing ever gets triggered.
