A general question as to why you cannot enable the changelog (writing to ALEALOG.TXT and a relational database) for the EPM Business Applications (DEPMAPPS)?
According to the following document, it is not possible:
For commercial applications in on-premises or cloud environments, you can only enable or disable Changelog. Some commercial applications, such as the Infor d/EPM business applications (DEPMAPPS), do not support Changelog. In these cases, Changelog cannot be enabled.

I have a client that would be very interested in this for his Financial Consolidation model so that he can supply his auditors with a comprehensive log of all changes to the data for the past year.
I'm interested in Infor's rationale over this and whether it could be enabled in the future.
