Infor Generative AI Platform - Early Adopters - April 2024 release Limited Availability

Is anyone on here an early adopter for the Infor Generative AI Platform?

There was a Product Announcement today that Infor Generative AI Platform will be accessible in Limited Availability with the April CU. However, when we've asked about the process of becoming an early adopter to evaluate this tool, those questions have gone unanswered and the process was not clearly communicated on the Feb. 7th Infor Innovations call related to this announcement.

Thank you for the follow up Vignesh. By Account Manager do you mean our Customer Success Manager (CSM) or someone else? Below are the titles of the current Infor contracts we have available...

- Service Delivery Manager

- Subscription Services Manager

- Sales Account Executive

Thanks Vignesh. We've recently had a change in CSM and aren't getting much traction there.

Are there any other channels we can approach?

Our org has a potential appetite for this type of tool, but would need to evaluate it and it seems like the only avenue for that is the early adopter route which unfortunately for us is a bit opaque for us at the moment.
