CSI 9.01.12 on prem
This is related to my other post about creating common notes for Customers. I'm trying to identify possible pitfalls with a solution and I may have found one, but I also don't understand how CSI is currently working. I will also try to articulate what the problem is as best I can.
We are a multi site, multi database set up. We have replication going between sites, but I'm struggling to understand how that's been defined. Authorized users can add a customer in any of the sites. What I'm noticing is that depending on the site, I have gaps in the customer sequence number on the ship tos. As an example, for a specific customer in our master site there are "21" ship tos. I'm missing the following ship tos:
Master Site: #20
Site A: #1-15,17-19 and 21
Site B: #2-21
Site C: #1-21
Site 
#1-21
Site E: #1,#3-21
If I look at the customer_mst tables for these, in my Master and Site A there is a 16. If I update anything on record 16 that is replicated out. I'm assuming through the _all tables?
How are these gaps showing up in our ship tos?
