LPL Form question

On the Employee.Rehire form editing in configuration console i am trying to add some fields that i successfully added to the Employee.Hire form and I cannot add them. It shows them as underlined in red but it does not make sense that i cannot.

Sorry if this is too specific but I am not sure why they will not let me add them.

Indentions look fine .

AlternateIdentificationNumberType
AlternateIdentificationNumberCountry
AlternateIdentificationNumber

DesignateEmailAsWork
EmployeeAlternateEmailAddress

Will not let me add to the Employee.Rehire Form.  Any idea where i can try to find some clues to what i am missing.

That is a param on HireResource and MassHireResource but is it a param on the RehireResource action?  I'm presuming the form name is RehireResource and the action tied to that is RehireResource.
