Retrieve Acknowledge_Error_Out BOD from MEC to ION Desk

Hello, 

When a Process MEC BOD has an error, it normally generates a Acknowledge_Error_Out BOD. It is mandatory to create a Acknowledge_Error_Out when creating a custom Process BOD.

 

My question is how we retrieve the Acknowledge_Error_Out in Dataflow/ION Desk because it has the same Noun as the normal Acknowledge BOD from the Process BOD. 

The Acknowledge_Error_Out has a Confirm BOD as input.

Hello,

The AcknowledgeYourNoun error BOD is a normal Acknowledge BOD. There is no difference in its structure compared to the standard AcknowledgeYourNoun. So you can retrieve it the same way as  a normal Acknowledge BOD in a data flow.

Normally, the Acknowledge error BOD has ../ResponseCriteria/ResponseExpression@actionCode value set as "Rejected" and ../ResponseCriteria/ChangeStatus/Reason tag filled with something. These 2 tags may help you make the difference between the two of them.
