Workaround

Create an RPA solution that reads input file of the Physical Inventory Counts and the user requesting the count to be deleted and mimics the behavior of that user deleting the counts. Captures the deleted count , time and user in a file for auditing (regulatory) purposes

Issue

RPA  uses screen capture and any changes made by infor or Microsoft that changes screen layout  causes us to have to recapture the screen and recode the RPA
