ION Workflow WHERE IS THE LOG?

I have created a new ION Workflow. I want it to send an email but I can only get it to send to Inbox within Tasks. I am trying to find a log or something that will help me determine what the issue is but I can't find anything. If I look at the Workflow "USEAGE", its shows nothing even though I have ran it more than a dozen times. Can anyone please share how you can troubleshoot the ION Workflows?

If you are looking for the ION Workflow activity, you would be using the ION application where you will find various Activity inquiries.
