Our security and development team has been hard at work finding the best solutions for our entire community! We think everyone will want to jump on this one!
We'd like Infor to build technology that gives clients the option of removing all security roles upon disable of a user account in IFS user management.
Right now we have technology that removes some security roles, but since it doesn't do all the roles, the team still needs to go back into the profile and manually remove other roles, spending additional personnel time and resources ensuring the actor was disabled.
This improvement will give clients the assurance that when an actor is disabled, they won't be able to acces any sensitive areas of the Infor product. Audit Controls will really appreciate this enhancement!
Please help us encourage Infor to take on this needed automation!
