Hi,
I'm creating a widget in which I would like to use a drillback. I'm trying to drillback to custno. Does anyone know where I can get the URL for that?
I looked at the context viewer bu nothing seems to be working out.
Thanks, Kevin
Just wanted to mention that I'm looking to find out how to get the drillback URL in general, not necessarily for custno.
You can find the drillback URL from the context viewer widget:
If you don't have the widget, you can add it from the widget catalog.
A working example would look something like this:
Thanks Caitlin, I will give that a try.
Hi Caitlin,There's something I don't understand about building a drill back as in this example within the construction of a simple list widget in Infor OS App Designer.Personally, I work in an M3 context. And most APIs often work by specifying, for example, a customer number and an accounting entity (at least the company).However, in the construction of this contextual drillback, it only seems possible to dynamically transmit a variable (the customer number in this case) and the company is often hard-coded. Doesn't this seem logical to me? Have I missed a step in my understanding?If anyone could shed some light on this, I'd be delighted.Likewise, an example of drill back with M3 would be most welcome, as in your demo video, this point was somewhat overlooked.
Regards
Hi Caitlin,
I have followed your recommendationsI have done mulitple variants. But i have still an error Please see below the main steps :
&program=CRS610&tableName=OCUSMA&keys=OKCONO%2C770%2COKCUNO%2C{source}%2B%2B%2B%2B&option=5&name=CRS610%2FE&description=CRS610%20Customer.%20Open&panel=E"
this string comes from below :
"drillbackURL": "?LogicalId=lid://infor.m3.m3&program=CRS610&tableName=OCUSMA&keys=OKCONO%2C770%2COKCUNO%2CDMTEST%2B%2B%2B%2B&option=2&name=CRS610%2FE&description=CRS610%20Customer.%20Open&panel=E"
And when I click on the hyperlink, I have this kind of error :
Any idea ? Thanks.
