Saving DocumentObjects to Infor Document Management (IDM)

We attach a lot of photos to customer orders in Syteline and we would like to store these in Infor Document Management (IDM). It appears there is already a "Document" type defined in IDM but none of our attachments are there. I have looked for documentation on this and cannot seem to find anyone. Has anyone set this up and could tell me what needs to be done?

I'm not familiar with Syteline, but I do have experience with Landmark / FSM and IDM. In Syteline it possible to trigger REST API call / webhook, or a BOD when the photo is added to the order?

How are you currently attaching your Photos to a customer order?

We are currently using the Related Information Widget to view and attach documents to customer orders. We have created custom Business Context Models in IDM then made them available in the Related Information widget by making updates to the Form External Message Entities form to include the new Business Context Models.

We use the Syteline Service Mobile App and it attaches documents to service orders in the field. We want to store these in IDM but have not found a way yet to do so.

Yes. This just covers standard IDM workflows and not custom ones.
