Can you edit the SQL in AnySQL modeler

I am trying to edit the SQL directly in the modeler by clicking on the SQL view but I get a message "cannot edit in Read-only Editor" . I am building a Data Laker query and would like to add some code e.g to sum a column however without editing I am not able to do this. Hope someone can help. Thanks.

SQL Editor is not yet available for Data Laker queries.

Gurmaj,

A possible workaround is to use "Connect/Model" APIs to get the Data Lake flow, change the query (using 3rd party solution), and update the flow.
This can be tricky as you need to create some solution to modify the query. The query is stored as JSON with the "/" character added.

Agreed, with the inclusion of this functionality the adoption rate for the anysql modeler would increase. Which in turn would lead to more usage of the Data Fabric flow parts in other parts of ION desk.

Hi Danil, Thanks for the option. I am looking at doing the filtering in script however it would be much simpler if the editor was enabled.
