M3 H5 scripts: Ionapi service not working since last weekend patch. MI service works

Hi All,

The H5 scripts which are using Ionapi service are failing since last weekend patch update of Infor.

Mi service in H5 scripts are working. So when we call M3 apis Mi service will work

In cases where we call workflows or other rest apis from H5 scripts we cant use Mi service we have to use Ionapi service.

Has anybody encountered this issue. What is the change we need to do to make Ionapi service in H5 scripts work or what has changed this weekend?

Its affecting all the customers. Please advise

Hi!

Unfortunately this is an error that needs to be corrected in H5. We have already created a fix, and hopefully we will be able to deploy the fix to all tenants as a critical update. I can´t give you a date as of now, but there will be a critical warning with details issued shortly.

We had some issues with some H5 script with ION calls on Monday. Our problem was only with the API "response" that was parsed in another way compared to what was expected. We expected a valid JSON but the response is no longer a valid JSON so we had to adjust how we parsed the response...

Thanks for the update. The H5 scripts were working before Monday. The only using ionapi service are failing. Are you calling a workflow from H5 script

An update on the progress, we are targeting to have the correction deployed in Aug 21 (SYD, TKO) and Aug 22 (EUC1, USE1).
