Link to a specific form and record in SyteLine from external application

In Salesforce we have a field for a Customer Order number.  Can I create link to SyteLine that when clicked will open the Customer Orders form and filter and find this specific order (assume the user is already logged into SyteLIne) 

Something like 

mingle-portal.inforcloudsuite.com/.../8629aec6-0469-46e1-ad22-8d4fb7db6c2d

This will open the Customer Orders form but can I specify the specific Order?
