Update Service Management Data

I am a software developer, but am new to Infor. Can anyone tell me if there is a way to update data (e.g, create a company and contact) in Infor Service Management (ISM) via an API or some other method? This is for an external application I am developing for a client who is an Infor customer.

I am a Power BI developer. I am working on a project that needs to use an Infor OS IONAPI as its data source. I've been beating my head against my desk trying to communicate with the API using Postman. I would love to collaborate with you on your journey to communicate with an Infor API.
