I am trying to remove the below bar chart from the PDF of Employee Performance Evaluation
can anyone help how i can achieve this?
I believe you are looking for a SummaryForm in that business class and list that is called out on it. You'll need to find the list and configure the list in Configuration Console by removing or greening out the LPL for the bar chart.
The LPL for the BarChart on the form would look something like this:
