Messaging Possibilities post-Mingle?

Hi there,

Before I joined the ERP overhaul project at our company, I was told that there was a messaging / task assignment system known as Mingle.

My understanding is that this particular method of messaging / task assignment no longer exists and to me it's not clear whether or not there are alternatives to this.

We currently send emails to each other to communicate the need for an approval, setting up Master Data etc.

Any suggestions are welcome!

Hi Basil

For approval flows ION Workflows (with tasks) would be a great solution for you.
No emails - simply using standard functionality of distributing tasks that are displayed in relevant widget.

Hi Catharine,

Thanks for your reply. Is this normally something that is taken care of by an Admin for the system?

I don't believe I have access to ION or if I do, I have no idea how to get there.

Are there any resources that explain the use of ION better? Every time I search for something, there's never an obvious source of help.
