Is there a way to make the delivered Vendor field to only be entered as a free form, rather than allowing them to have the ability to select from the drop-down(magnifying glass) option?
The purpose of this is to prevent the initiator from being able to view the entire list of vendors available, but instead, be able to only enter the vendor number as a free form text.

Essentially, I want to know if their is a way to restrict the access to the list for the vendor field and only be searchable by entering the vendor number as a free text.
