Business Class field size is not displaying full size

Referencing a Business Class field with a size of 60 characters but it does not display all 60 chars. How do I force it to display all 60 chars?

it should be displaying : Engineering Services Plant Operations & Maintenance Manager

but it displays the below which is about 49 chars
