IDM Utilities upload does not associate with invoice

I'm using the IDM Utlities tool to upload images. I've associated the correct Vendor, Invoice, Payables Invoice, and Company.

However, after I upload the image it does not appear on the invoice like I'd expect.

I compared to our PRD environment before uploading to see what attributes I'd need. I'm not seeing anything else that should bridge that gap. Thanks!

Yes, that is the value that needs to be in the IDMDocumentPID field on the PayablesInvoice. How have you tried to update the PayablesInvoice? User Action? Updatable field in aPayablesInvoice list? IPA flow?

Are you expecting the uploaded IDM document to be linked to the Payables Invoice record in FSM? e.g. open the IDM Document from the FSM Payables Invoice?

I believe the IDMDocumentPID on the associated Payables Invoice record isn't updated by the IDM utility upload. If you want to the IDM document linked to the Payables Invoice I believe the IDMDocumentPID field needs to be populated with the MDS_ID from the IDM document (e.g. in order for the DerivedInvoiceURL field to function).

I am expecting the document to be linked to the Payables Invoice record in in FSM. I've spent the day trying to link the IDMDocumentPID with the MDS_ID but I am not having any luck accessing IDMDocumentPID.

I am guessing the MDS_ID is this ID field from IDM:

Andy, I worked in IPA today and found that I could add the IDMDocumentPID using the FastUpdate action. This creates a link on the invoice to IDM which I think will get the job done. I have about 450k images to move over so this will be very helpful in my attempts to automate this process. Thank you for your input and suggestions. I really appreciate it.
